A theoretical novel model is investigated that describes the dynamic effects of microelongation processes an exciting semiconductor medium. The influence magnetic field for optically excited medium taken into consideration according to photothermal transport characteristics. governing equations were derived during electronic (ED) and thermoelastic (TED) deformation when parameters account. interference between thermal-magnetic-microelongat-plasma-mechanical waves investigated. dimensionless expressions are utilized solve main harmonic wave technique in two-dimensional (2D) deformation. complete solutions physical obtained some conditions on outer surface. microelongated this investigation was checked by comparing it with previous studies. numerical simulation distributions graphically displayed silicon (Si) material used. impact various factors such as field, thermal memory effect, propagations fields discussed.
